HOW DO WE REGISTER OUR SCHOOL FOR FREE DONATIONS?

WHAT IS THE UNIQUE CODE FOR THE SCHOOL I WANT TO DONATE ITEMS TO?

We provide each school with a marketing pack which includes the code, but if you haven't received a promotional leaflet or communication from your school then we are here to help. You can search for the name of the school using the search function at the top of the home page of the website and the unique code will be shown next to the school name. (Example: School Name (121). So the unique code is 121. Alternatively, Simply contact us the full school name and address and we'll let you know the unique code.

WHEN DO WE START RECEIVING FREE DONATIONS?

Payments of donations are split into four quarters and at the end of each quarter we add up the total amount each school is eligible to receive and then payment is made within 90 days after the end of each quarter. If the school has raised less than £20, we shall carry this balance forward to the next quarter until £20 has been raised.

CAN WE REGISTER A SECONDARY SCHOOL PTA?

Yes of course, its open to both primary and secondary schools to use our service. Simply register your school here.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DONATED ITEMS DON'T SELL?

We always aim to sell any donated goods, but if for any reason they don't sell. We'll bundle any clothing and weigh them in with a textile recycling company and funds received will then be donated to your school. Any other items such as toys will be put together and sold as bundles if they don't sell individually.
